Wittayu junction was opened only one lane in the morning. There were two set of tires and sand bags with direction instruction signboard blocked two lanes in front of U Chu Liang Building.
In the afternoon, there was a speech at Silom junction (not at Lumpini stage) and a small group of protesters marched on Silom road.
The traffic on Phahonyothin road was almost empty in the morning. Some cars u-turned in the same lane.
In the afternoon, the protesters closed one side of Silom road and changed it to the protest street fair.
